Adora Fertility – NSW

4.8/5 (1 reviews)

Adora (formerly known as Primary IVF) has one clear goal. To provide you with a world of fertility expertise at a fraction of the cost. By being focused, direct and efficient with our services and pricing structure, we have leveled the playing field and opened the door to eligible couples facing fertility challenges. We do this by operating differently, focusing on what provides patients with direct value.

We like to think we’re the family that will help you start yours.
In fact, realising your dream of having a child is our greatest aim. So when you book in to see us, we will do all that we can to provide you with the highest level of customised clinical care at a low cost. No two couples are the same and everyone deserves the best chance at conception. This is what sets Adora apart from some low cost IVF clinics that offer a simplified and standardised approach to IVF treatment.

Here are a few reasons why we believe you should begin your journey with Adora Fertility:

  1. We don’t subscribe to a ‘one size fits all’ IVF treatment in order to keep costs down.
  2. You’ll benefit from an individualised approach, treatment plans and medications sensitive to your needs.
  3. Our success rates prove that’s it possible to deliver premium, affordable fertility services.

Our aim is to be as transparent as possible when it comes to what you’ll actually be paying. We take the time to thoroughly explain all the fees and out-of-pocket costs you’ll incur during your fertility treatment. Out-of-pocket costs are for services not covered by Medicare, and include day hospital and anaesthetist fees. Out-of-pocket expenses are typically under $1,000 per cycle and will normally be far less for individuals with private health insurance (PHI).

I have had a really good experience with Adora. I had previously gone through a round of IVF with a private clinic. I was lucky to get pregnant on my second transfer but unfortunately miscarried. With the COVID situation we were going to find it much more difficult to justify spending the money (my husband was stood down and I had my hours reduced) - we then heard about Adora and that it was bulk billed. I had heard there were bulk bill options but assumed it would be on a needs basis and long waiting times but I was so wrong! We enquired with Adora and received a call back only hours later, we had all the tests done again and then met our specialist Dr Charley Zheng. My experience at both clinics has been so similar. It's almost a bit easier with Adora as you can go to any Laverty Pathology location rather than to just the one clinic in the city. The clinic and day surgery is a little more basic (decor wise) at Adora but who cares! The costs with Adora are SO minimal it feels crazy. My egg retrieval was $180 because I had private health cover (I think it was $800 otherwise) then my transfer was $250 and then the cost of medications (about $160 from memory). The costs at the private clinic was over $8000 out of pocket (we had to pay over $14,000 before medicare and health cover refunds). Finding Adora has taken such a weight off the whole IVF process.

I had read online that the customer service wasn't great at Adora but I've found the opposite, every call and appointment I've found the staff so kind and lovely. We really like our specialist too, Dr Charley Zheng. I had read reviews about him and so I chose him - so glad I did, he's been great.

I really would recommend Adora to anyone going through infertility.
