5/5

Poor communication.
Didn’t feel listened to.
Very high hidden costs with no explanation where the costs are coming from.

2/5

Awful. Just unbelievably poorly coordinated, leaves the patient feeling very lost and unsure about what steps are involved and how to go about accessing treatment. Every provider involved in the process (fertility specialist, anaesthetist, pharmacy, day hospital) all point the finger at each other... like they've never once before worked together, even though they are "separate" companies all operating under (in many instances) the one roof and with the same brand. The patient is left to try to piece the various steps and inputs together, and when you're confused, grieving, struggling, etc. this is the last thing you want to try to figure out. If there were another viable option, I'd be going elsewhere.
