The PIVET IVF Program commenced in 1981 and was established by Professor John Yovich on his completion of studies in Reproductive Medicine in London and Cambridge, United Kingdom.
The first IVF infant born in Western Australia in July 1982, was through the PIVET program.Β Since that time more than 8,000 babies have been born in Western Australia from our various fertility treatments.
In 2009 our sister clinic was established in Cairns, Queensland.Β Cairns Fertility Centre has recently celebrated the birth of its 150thbaby.
PIVET aims to deliver a high standard of care together with implementing techniques in relation to improving success rates in the IVF program.Β We offer individualised treatment cycles following fertility assessment, together with highly personalised care.
An on-site day theatre ensures that patients can access their clinical appointments, treatment and support in one location.

To keep costs low, patients are assigned a specialist and are often in contact with nurses or support staff. Complex cases generally cannot be treated. There can be wait-lists for appointments and communications generally require the patient to follow-up.
