The Specialist is hard to reach as only works Friday from Westmead women's clinic. Most of the time, the associates talk but every time you see different one. But the Specialist is knowledgeable but Importantly when you have failed cycle, want to discuss the option, no one to reach and you feel helpless, vulnerable. Even when I was having embryo tranfer, I had three success embryo but during embryo tranfer the assistance doctor told me you lucky to have one left and we're going to transplant it, no prior or after discussion. I felt speechless and so shocked with respond that I didn't even feel the joy that I meant to feel on that moment that lead to unsuccessful to not pregnant. I mean budget and location wise, the clinic was convenient as I dont have capacity to go expensive treatment but obviously the service need to focus more on patient centre and need base.
